Wie bereits mehrfach in den vergangenen Monaten und Jahren, wird Apple so auch im Fall des vergangene Nacht in Florida auf Land getroffenen Huirrikan Ian einen nicht näher genannten Geldbetrag für die Opfer in der Golfküsten-Region spenden, wie CEO Tim Cook via Twitter bekanntgegeben hat. Der Sturm, der in Kategorie 4 eingestuft wurde zieht inzwischen von Florida weiter und wird wohl auch weitere US-Staaten an der Ostküste treffen.
