"Prehistoric Planet": Neue Dino-Dokumentation startet am 23. Mai auf Apple TV+

Bereits Anfangd es Monats hatte Apple die neue Doku-Serie "Prehistoric Planet" für seinen Streamingdienst Apple TV+ angekündigt. Verantwortet von der BBC Studios Natural History Unit und produziert von Jon Favreau, sollen die Arbeiten an der Reihe satte drei Jahre gedauert haben. Inhaltlich geht es in "Prehistoric Planet" um die letzten Tage der Dinosaurier auf der Erde. Vor allem die visuellen Effekte und die wunderschönen Landschaftsaufnahmen überzeugten dabei diejenigen, denen die Inhalte vorab gezeigt wurden. Im Original zeichnet David Attenborough für die Vertonung verantwortlich, Oscar-Preisträger Hans Zimmer hat die musikalische Untermalung beigesteuert.

Die Ausstrahlung der neuen Doku erfolgt im Rahmen einer Themenwoche, wobei die erste Folge am 23. Mai online gehen wird. Weitere Folgen ergänzt Apple bis zum 27. Mai jeweils täglich. Nun hat man auch einen ersten kompletten Trailer veröffentlicht:
