Schon im Herbst vergangenen Jahres vorgestellt, bislang aber nur in den USA erhältlich, kann der neue Amazon Echo Show 10 nun auch in Deutschland vorbestellt werden. Laut Amazon beginnt die Auslieferung der ersten geräte dann ab dem 14. April.  Wie bereits bekannt, steht das neue Gerät in den Farben Anthrazit und Weiß zum Preis von € 249,99 zur Verfügung. Es verfügt über ein drehbares 10,1" HD-Display, welches dem Nutzer auf Wunsch automatisch folgt wenn sich dieser durch den Raum bewegt. Mit dem Display inkl. der Kamera dreht sich auch der Lautsprecher. Vor allem beim Betrachten von Videoinhalten und Videotelefonaten ist dies sicherlich eine nützliche Funktion, die bei Bedarf auch einen automatischen Zoom bietet. Dies verspricht nicht nur bei der Alexa-Nutzung, sondern insbesondere beim Videokonsum sowie bei Videotelefonaten Vorteile.

Auf der anderen Seite sollte man sich die Frage stellen, ob man dies aus Gründen des Datenschutzes auch wirklich möchte.
